Request for approval of the conventional pause
From 1 April 2022, you will no longer have a choice: Any request for approval of a contractual termination must be made using the telecommunications service provided for this purpose, namely TéléRC.
If the employee or you indicate that you can not use this telecommunications service, it will exceptionally be possible to submit the form directly to DREETS.

End the deadline for payment of Macron bonus
From April 1, 2022, it will be too late to pay a Macron bonus exempt from social security contributions to employees. In fact, its payment must take place by March 31, 2022 (see our article “Prime Macron: last weeks to take advantage of it”).
It is accepted that the bonus can be paid staggered between the user company’s employees and the substitutes. It can even be paid after March 31, 2022, but before July 31, 2022 to take advantage of the exceptions.
End of the period for corrective contributions related to professional interviews
When you have not fulfilled your obligations regarding professional interviews and your company has at least 50 employees, a contribution to CPF must be paid for each employee concerned.
An amount of EUR 3,000 must therefore be paid to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations. You must also provide him with all the information necessary for the matching contribution (amount, name of the beneficiary employee and data enabling him to be identified).
A decree specified that this must be done no later than the last day of the calendar quarter after the date of the professional assessment interview (held every 6 years).
However, a dispensation is granted for the inventory interviews that fall due in 2020 and 2021. In that case, payment of the contribution and dissemination of necessary information must take place no later than 31 March 2022.
If you do not make the payment or make an insufficient payment, the DREETS agents can give you a formal notice. Otherwise, you will be liable to the Treasury for the amount of the found insufficiency increased by 100%.
Partial activity
Until March 31, 2022, some companies that are heavily affected by the health crisis can still benefit from the zero residual tax in the form of partial activity. This is the case when:
- its main activity involves receiving the public and being suspended, in whole or in part, due to an administrative decision due to the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic and the measures taken to curb it;
- the company is located in a territorial district subject to specific restrictions on the conditions of economic activity and the movement of persons taken by the administrative authority to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic in the context of the health emergency when it suffers from a sharp decline in revenue.
From 1 April 2022, the common law scheme will apply to them.
Alsace Mosel contribution
The health contribution in Alsace-Moselle falls on 1 April 2022 and goes to 1.3% instead of 1.5%.
Entry into force of the Health Act
A large part of the Health Act will enter into force on 31 March 2022. However, some measures will in practice begin on 1 April.
For example, the new rules for healing and pre-healing visits apply to work stoppages beginning on or after April 1, 2022.
For these shutdowns, the pre-recovery visit can thus be arranged for any shutdown of more than 30 days (more than 3 months until then).
In the case of the healing visit, which was organized after 30 days, it is increased to 60 days in case of illness or non-occupational accident.

RSA
The amount of RSA for a single person should increase on 1 April 2022 by 1.8% to 575.52 euros instead of 565.34 euros. However, this amount still needs to be confirmed.
It must be remembered that this amount is used to determine the part of the salary that is absolutely exempt from seizure (Labor Code, art. L. 3252-3).
Reform of the disability scheme
The disability scheme will be changed from 1 April 2022. New rules apply on earning early retirement and occupational activities, in particular to promote the return of workers with invalidity pensions. A decree thus allows for full savings of earned income and early retirement pension until the insured’s disposable income corresponds to the one he had before he became disabled, then by organizing in addition to this threshold, reduction of the pension by the equivalent of half of registered earnings.
